When you walk into a tobacconist's humidors, you see a lot of gold and silver bling. Yes, major cigar companies use foil to dress up many of their cigar bands. And it is economical at large quantities. Ten thousand and above? Absolutely. Five thousand? Maybe. Under 1,000, nope. Under 100, just not happening.
So, do you want a personalized custom foiled cigar band on 100 cigar bands? Ask for that from any other company and you will get a blank look and a big "no, we can't do that". Ask us that and we say "when do you need them by".
How do we do it? Special printer printing on special foil paper. Where we don't print, that's where you see the foil. Simple you say? No, not so simple. Need the right printer. Need the right paper. Need some fairly expensive trial and error. And need the experience to put it all together.
